The terms ‘We', 'Us', 'Our' is used to represent METTA CLOTHING and ‘You’, 'Your', ‘Customer’, ‘User’ is used for the customer purchasing from us.

Making a purchase from us through any channel, will be construed as your unequivocal and irrevocable acceptance and acknowledgement to all the website policies. By using this website, you declare to have carefully read, understood and agree to be bound by these Conditions. We may at our sole discretion reserve the right to modify the website policies at anytime, without prior intimation. It is the you responsibility to read them before purchasing from us.

We attempt to display as much accurate product information as possible at all times. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is comprehensive. When you place an order with us , you are deemed to have read the product description and also all the website policies. It is displayed on the product page  if the product is  Made to Order, Surplus stock(Ex-chain, Ex-catalogue etc),Catalogue product,In-house label, Pre-owned, Up-cycled or made from a recycled material or part thereof. 

 

If a wrong product is delivered, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Only genuine and valid requests that complies with our policies will be allowed for returns and refunds.Read Returns & Cancellation policy here.

Product & Pricing  

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without any prior notice. Product prices as displayed on the product pages are inclusive of GST. Taxes/Sales tax as displayed at checkout or different website pages refers to GST. GST breakdown is given only on the invoice. The prices do not include shipping which may be extra as applicable. Shipping costs as applicable will be added to the product prices at checkout.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched in 2-4 days. The delivery time depends on the shipping option selected during checkout. The transit time is only for reference and  your order may be delivered to you before or later than the estimated delivery date. We do our best to deliver the products on time , however due to a lot of factors coming into play we cannot assign a set date and can only provide estimations. Sunday and Public holidays are non-shipping days for many courier services and thus may impact deliveries.

Accuracy of Billing/ Shipping information 

You agree to provide complete and accurate Billing/Shipping and contact information for all purchases made at METTA CLOTHING. If you have mistakenly provided an incomplete or incorrect address you must reach out to us within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier. If you fail to do so, the order will be cancelled and in such a case the refund will be made after deducting the payment gateway fee and shipping charges.

If the order has been dispatched and the logistics service provider makes attempts to deliver the order to you and the delivery is not possible due to incorrect shipping address, we or logistics service provider will not be held responsible. In this case the refund will be made after deducting the payment gateway fee and applicable shipping charges. Also read our Privacy Policy.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties , Limitation of liability

You must go through the product description including images, ribbons etc carefully.In case of surplus stock, their original hang tags/labels may or may not be removed/de-labelled/defaced on the premise of not infringing on the original brand/label. No returns will be made on account of missing or defaced label. In case of Surplus category products, if they have any minor shortcoming they will be listed or displayed on the product page. Its essential that you read the product description and view product images carefully.No product returns will be allowed in such cases. Please read our Returns & Cancellation Policy.

 

If the order is paid using the Gift Card purchased from us, funds will be deducted from the gift card when you place your order. If there is not sufficient balance in the gift card or if the gift card value doesn't cover your order total, you will be prompted to select another payment method. It is important to note that though gift cards have no expiry date , they cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash under any circumstances. Only one gift card can be used to pay for an order. Multiple gift cards cannot be clubbed to pay for an order. If the order paid using Gift cards is eligible for refunds as per our Returns Policy , the refund will be made only into the Gift card.

 

All products delivered to you through us are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

 

In no case shall METTA CLOTHING, service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any products purchased through us, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any product description, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the products.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India . The Users agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of this Agreement may be brought exclusively in the competent courts/tribunals having jurisdiction in Delhi in India and irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts / tribunals.
