Returns & Cancellation Policy​

This section sets out the Returns , Refund & Cancellation policy of METTA CLOTHING . This policy applies to all products sold through METTA CLOTHING . 

A Return/Refund request must be sent to  along with the Order ID & your concern within 24 hours of receipt of the items. Any return requests raised / sent after the completion of 24 hours of product delivery will not be accepted.

Free  Returns & Full Refund are offered only under the following circumstances (provided you raise a concern within 24 hours of delivery) :

  • You received a wrong shipment.

  • You received a damaged product.

In cases other than the one's listed above: 

  • A Flat Rate Return Handling fee of Rs 200 will be charged.

  • Payment gateway charges(2% of the total invoice value) will be deducted.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you received a different item from what you ordered i.e a wrong shipment, we will make a full refund inclusive of Shipping charges or send you the replacement, whichever is requested. The replacement will however depend on the product availability.

Only if a wrong product was delivered to you , will the shipping charges be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning.

In case of Refunds, all the due fees such as Return Handling fee will be deducted before making the Refund to you. 

In case a product is eligible for Returns/Refund  , make sure the garments are unworn , unwashed , with all original tags and labels and packaging intact and in original condition. All products including but not limited to apparels ,Home textiles and furnishing items such as carpets, rugs , floor mats etc , apparel accessories such as bags , belts , footwear , scarves etc must also be returned in original condition with tags and labels and packaging intact. Failure to meet these conditions may lead to rejection of refund request.

Products listed as Final Sale , Pre-Order or Made to Order are not eligible for Returns/Refunds.

Refund  will only be initiated once the items are received back by us and inspected and validated to meet our return conditions. We will notify you of the refund approval or rejection and following this would process Refund request.Refunds will be processed only after deducting all the necessary charges.Incase of tampered product condition of a returned item the refund may be denied or only a partial amount as deemed fit will be initiated.

Full refund will not be provided if the returned item is not found in original condition as stated above.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment .The expected time for the refund processing depends on your initial mode of payment. If you had made the payment through COD , you will have to provide us your bank details to which we will make the  refund. Refund may take 5 to 18 days to be reflected in your account.

Size details for each item is shared on the product page. Please pay attention to the description of each product and its sizing information before placing an order.


Send an order cancellation request on with  "Cancel Order #OrderIDin the subject line  within 2 hours of placement of order. Cancellation requests made later than this may not be accepted. For prepaid orders that are cancelled after successful online payment  , will be charged payment gateway fee of  2% of the total order invoice value . A refund to the original mode of payment will be initiated after deducting such payment gateway charges. 


Cancellation requests made after a product is dispatched is not possible. In case an item is not accepted during delivery or an order gets returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, return handling fee and payment gateway charges  will be deducted before making a refund.

No Address change request will be entertained after order confirmation.


Order Cancellation by us 

We reserve the right to cancel any order. In an event of order cancellation by us we will send you an email notification within 24 hours of an order placed with us. We would make full refunds for orders cancelled by us. The returns would be made through the same channel as your initial payment mode. 

Shipping & Contact Info

You must provide accurate shipping and contact information while placing an order with us .We will not be responsible for any such omissions on your part. Any discrepancy or incorrect information may lead to delay or non-delivery of your order. Orders which are returned to us due to incorrect shipping and contact information provided by you will attract flat rate return handling fee of Rs 200. For prepaid orders refunds will be made after deducting such return handling fee and  payment gateway charges. Please ensure that you provide accurate information to us for us to process and fulfill your order efficiently.

We usually ship the order within 48 hours of receiving an order. We do not ship on public holidays.There are two shipping speeds provided , the transit time is only for reference and  your order may be delivered before or later than the estimated number of days. We do our best to deliver the products on time , however due to a lot of factors coming into play we cannot assign a set date and can only provide estimations. Please note that the shipping charges are not refundable.

Changes to Returns & Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to make appropriate changes to this policy at any point in time. If you place an order with us through any channel online / offline you will be deemed to have read and agreed to all our policies stated on the website.
